Guests scan their event's QR code, read the adult or minor waiver, and sign on their phone. Managed Activation guests can also join the Tee Signal hitting queue.
Live event control
The Indy Tee Party operator manages the hitting order, starts each player, confirms scores, and controls the competition from the private Host Console.
TV leaderboard
The room sees the current player, who is up next, live standings, winner moments, and sponsor content without seeing private guest or Host information.
Simulator connection
Tee Signal supports the event-day bridge used with Indy Tee Party's launch-monitor and GSPro workflow.
Event access
Guests sign in.We run the game.
Guests scan their event QR code and electronically sign the waiver. Their completion is recorded for the operator. Social and Signature can run their games and scores on the simulator; Managed Activation also uses Tee Signal for the queue and TV display. Guests do not receive access to scoring, settings, sponsor controls, records, or the Host Console.
Only the authorized Indy Tee Party owner can create events and operate Tee Signal. The Host PIN adds a second safeguard, while private waiver and event records remain out of the public Guest and TV views.
