Tell us about your event. We’ll check the space, confirm your price, and take care of the golf.

Reserve the date
Sign the agreement and pay the 25% nonrefundable reservation retainer. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before the event.
Enjoy your event
We arrive to set up before guest play, run the simulator, and handle teardown afterward.
Important details
How much space is required?
The enclosure has approximately 10 feet of clear width inside and extends about 16 feet deep. Allow room outside it for guests and our staff. Indoor venues require at least 12 feet of unobstructed ceiling clearance throughout the hitting area. We verify the final layout before confirming.
Do guests need golf experience?
No. We select approachable formats and guide each person through their turn.
Where do you travel?
Travel within 25 road miles of Indianapolis is included. Events beyond that area can be quoted.
How early should we book?
Three to four weeks is recommended for most events. Corporate events and trade shows should book six to eight weeks ahead when possible.
